RMC Management Corporation is a property management company headquartered in Brockton, MA specializing in condominium associations across Southeastern Massachusetts. We currently serve clients in Brockton, Canton, Easton, East Bridgewater, Hanson, Rockland, and Stoughton. RMC Management is a member of the New England Chapter of the Community Associations Institute, a national organization dedicated to the success of homeowner and condominium associations and the companies that serve them.
RMC is a family business founded in 2002 by Richard Munden, whose 25 years of property management experience creates incredible value for condominium associations. Rich possesses a deep understanding and knowledge of every aspect of property management. His vast network of contacts in the industry across Eastern Massachusetts ensures that RMC can respond quickly and effectively to any challenge our clients face.
Rich’s oldest son, Ryan Munden, is focused on daily office operations, property management, and business development including oversight of finances and technology. Ryan holds a bachelors degree in Management and Finance from Bentley University and has project management and account management experience. Ryan is also a Massachusetts Licensed Real Estate Agent.
Rich’s middle son, Matt Munden, also works for the company. Matt spends his time either on site at our clients’ properties overseeing contractors, working hands on with our maintenance staff, or helping out in the office. Matt studied Operations Management at UMass Dartmouth and has experience in both client relations and construction.
RMC also maintains a team of highly skilled maintenance personnel and contractors that can address the varying maintenance and project needs of condominium associations.
RMC provides clients with financial management, project management, property maintenance, and property administration services.
